This apps is very useful for users-particularly driver who has an accident or car breakdown especially for those who cant tell clearly where they are and what had happened to them on the phone.

Our breakdown assist apps will allow user to press a button on the apps (user to select whether an accident or breakdown) and the location of the driver will be sent to their respective car insurance provider/third party provider.

On the car insurance provider/third party provider apps system, Operator will then assign their panel tow truck/mechanics-for breakdown at the nearest location to the user location with the estimated time of arrival, name, vehicle registration number, current location status and profile picture of the person assigned appears on the user screen.
